Marketing service.

Search, Google Maps and AI answers — an optional add-on that brings high-intent customers to the counter FingerBooth already runs.

Add-on service

Getting found is a different job from being good.

FingerBooth runs your counter. This is the optional service that brings people to it — from Google, from the map, and increasingly from AI assistants that answer before anyone opens a browser.

Search engine optimisation

Your own site, built to rank for what a salon customer in Singapore actually types.

  • The pages people search for — by treatment, by trade and by neighbourhood
  • Titles, descriptions and headings written for intent, not keyword stuffing
  • Technical fixes: speed, mobile, structured data, the things that quietly cap you
  • Content published on a schedule, because one burst ranks for nothing

Google Maps and your Business Profile

For a salon this is usually worth more than the website. People search “nail salon near me” and pick from the map, not from page one.

  • Profile completed properly — categories, services, hours, attributes, photos
  • Review requests built into the counter routine, and replies to every review
  • Posts and offers kept current so the listing looks alive
  • Tracking which searches actually produced a call or a direction request

AI answer optimisation

ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and AI Overviews now answer “where should I get my lashes done in Singapore” before anyone reaches a website. Being quotable is a separate job from ranking.

  • Content written so an assistant can lift a clean, correct answer from it
  • An llms.txt and structured data so the facts about you are unambiguous
  • Consistent name, address and phone wherever you appear
  • Checking what the assistants currently say about you — which is often wrong

Reviews and reputation

The number next to your name decides whether the click happens at all.

  • A routine that asks happy clients at the right moment
  • Every review answered, including the bad ones, in a way that reads well to the next reader
  • Watching the rating across Google, Facebook and the directories that matter

Reporting you can actually read

Not a dashboard of impressions. The number of enquiries, where they came from, and what they cost.

  • Calls, direction requests and form fills, by source
  • Which searches bring people who book, not people who browse
  • A monthly note in plain English saying what moved and what we are doing next
Why it pays

High intent, not more eyeballs.

They already want it

Somebody typing “gel manicure near me” is not browsing. They are choosing. That is a different kind of lead from an ad impression, and it converts like one.

It compounds

An ad stops the day you stop paying. A page that ranks, a map listing with good reviews and a mention inside an AI answer keep working after the invoice.

More than one angle

Search, the map, social and AI assistants all pull from different places. Doing them together is what makes the difference, and it is why most salons see nothing from doing one of them half-heartedly.

New salons get a discount

Opening, or opened within the last year? Tell us when you started and we will quote you at the startup rate.

This is a separate service with its own monthly fee. It is not part of the FingerBooth licence, and you do not need it to use the system — plenty of our customers never take it. We quote it per salon, after looking at what you already have.

Straight answers

Before you ask.

How long before it works?

The map listing can move within weeks. Search rankings take months, and anyone promising page one by next month is selling you something else.

Do I have to be a FingerBooth customer?

No. It is easier if you are, because we can see which enquiries turned into bookings, but it is a standalone service.

Is there a contract?

We work in three-month blocks, because anything shorter cannot show a result. Tell us to stop at the end of one and we stop.

What do you need from me?

Access to your Google Business Profile and website, your service list and prices, and about twenty minutes a month. We do the rest.
